Top Ten Sequels I’m Dying to Read

Actually, this was a hard top ten list to make. Lately I’ve started several series, but just haven’t kept caught up with them. Most of the books on my list have been out for several years, I just haven’t gotten around to reading them. I’m waiting for a few to be published though.

Here they are, in no particular order.

  1. A Rule Against Murder (Chief Inspector Gamache 4) by Louise Penny
  2. India Black and the Widow of Windsor (India Black 2) by Carol K. Carr
  3. Hell and Gone (Charlie Hardie 2) by Duane Swierczynski
  4. Ashes of a Black Frost (Iron Elves 3) by Chris Evans
  5. Black Butterfly (Lucifer Box 3) by Mark Gatiss
  6. Desire Me (Legend Hunters 2) by Robyn DeHart
  7. The Likeness (Dublin Murder Squad 2) by Tana French
  8. For the Defense (Barbara Holloway 3) by Kate Wilhelm
  9. The Power of Six (Lorien Legacies 2) by Pittacus Lore
  10. Weight of Stone (Vineart War 2) by Laura Gilman

I just started using FictFact to keep track of the series I’m reading- really useful site. My problem sometimes is deciding which series to stick with and which ones to just leave by the wayside.

What sequels are you looking forward to reading?

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

  1. I am so bad at reading the first book and really liking it, but never following through with the next one. I’ve gotten very picly about adding a new series. I really, really want to read The WInter Rose, the sequel the The Tea Rose, in the next month or two.
