So, here are my steps for the week. I did not do so well this week, and now I can’t get my fit bit to charge. 🙁

I think this’ll be my new plan, at least I’ll give it a shot. Yesterday was Monday of Week 1.

Weeks 1-4

My week:

Wednesday – 15 minutes of abs, 15 mins of weights

Thursday – Walk with the dog

Friday – Walk with the dog

Sunday – Went bowling

Monday – Very short walk with the dog; Core workout from super skinny me, but I subbed bent-over rows for the seated band row because my resistance band broke.

I usually listen to a book while I’m running or walking. This week I finished The Scam by Janet Evanovich and Lee Goldberg and started The Quick by Lauren Owen.
