I made my step goal for the week overall.

This week:

Our weather has been so up and down lately. On the weekend it felt like spring, now we’re back to winterish. Not much snow so far this year, but lots of rain. I’m hoping that trend holds. I’d rather have rain than snow any day.

Tuesday – Walk with the dog
Thursday – Elliptical
Saturday – Bowling
Sunday – Walk with the dog
Monday – Pilates

Meal plan:

Burgers and sweet potatoes
Spaghetti (because my husband loves me)
Taco salad
Hashbrown casserole with fruit
Deconstructed cabbage rolls

New Year Fitness Goals:

– Lose weight. Goal – Lose 26 lbs. I’m down 2 lbs. (141.4 starting weight)

– Run 2 5ks, 1 10K and 1 half. Complete – None

– Hit my weekly step goal (56,000 steps) for 48 weeks. Weeks completed: 4
