It was raining last Tuesday, it's raining today. Blah! This week's activities: None I did do my push ups most nights. April is an abs challenge, which I did on the 1st, but not yesterday. Dinners: Tuesday - Barbecue chicken sandwiches Wednesday - Spaghetti Thursday - Shrimp Quesadilla Friday - Sausage and cheese sandwich (Primanti's) Saturday - Pizza (delivery) Sunday - Spaghetti and tomato sauce Monday - Black bean smothered sweet potatoes Goals for March Gym – 4 times (current: 2) Pilates – 12 times (I ended up not doing Pilates this month. I'm doing yoga instead.) Yoga – 1 (current: 9) ✔ 62 pts in the #MarchUP Challenge (Current: 72) ✔ Goals for April Gym – 4 times Yoga – 12 times 62 pts in the #AprilAbs Challenge (Current: 4) Meal ideas for next week: I have no ideas. I made my steps again this week. I took the dog for a walk yesterday - it was sunny and nice. Today it's raining. :( This week's activities: Tuesday - Yoga Thursday - Yoga Monday - Yoga I also did my push ups most nights. I need to get to the gym this week, but I'm not sure when. I have to play three evenings, and Saturday and Sunday we have dinner plans. Maybe Friday? Yes, I could in theory go in the morning before work, but that's not going to happen. Maybe Friday or Saturday afternoon. Dinners: Tuesday - Chicken Lo Mein (takeout) Wednesday - Baked rigatoni Thursday - Gnocchi with marinara (Restaurant) Friday - City chicken, rice Saturday - Pizza (delivery) Sunday - Burgers and fries Monday - Chicken pot pie Goals for March Gym – 4 times (current: 2) Pilates – 12 times (I ended up not doing Pilates this month. I made my steps again this week. I took the dog for a walk yesterday - it was sunny and like 50°. Today it's low to mid 30°s, freezing rain right now and snow later. Can it please just stay spring? This week's activities: Monday - Yoga I also did my push ups most nights. I made my steps again this week. I'm afraid those Tuesday and Sunday numbers might actually count some piano playing, but I think I'm okay with that. It's not actually cheating if I don't do it on purpose, right?   This week's activities: Tuesday - Yoga Sunday - Elliptical Monday - Yoga Dinners: We had dinner at home every evening this week. Granted, we had lunch out a few times, but that's still pretty good. I need to cut down on my snacks though. It's warm and sunny out today again! Maybe I can squeeze in a walk sometime this afternoon. I didn't quite make my steps this week, but I was close. This week's activities: I didn't actually do anything this week except take a couple of walks. It was just a busy week. My "activities list" on fitbit does say I went outdoor biking twice. That actually translates as played the piano enough for it to think it was exercise. Dinners: Tuesday - Tuna rolls and mashed potatoes Wednesday - "Chicken delight" (at church - and I didn't find it particularly delightful) Thursday - Spaghetti with marinara Friday - Fish sandwich and macaroni and cheese Saturday - French toast Sunday - Hamburgers (with mashed avocado and cheese)  and baked pierogies Monday - Pizza Hut Carryout I might put healthy meals in a different color print next week.
