I made my steps again this week. I took the dog for a walk yesterday – it was sunny and nice. Today it’s raining. 🙁

This week’s activities:

Tuesday – Yoga
Thursday – Yoga
Monday – Yoga

I also did my push ups most nights. I need to get to the gym this week, but I’m not sure when. I have to play three evenings, and Saturday and Sunday we have dinner plans. Maybe Friday? Yes, I could in theory go in the morning before work, but that’s not going to happen. Maybe Friday or Saturday afternoon.

Dinners:

Tuesday – Chicken Lo Mein (takeout)
Wednesday – Baked rigatoni
Thursday – Gnocchi with marinara (Restaurant)
Friday – City chicken, rice
Saturday – Pizza (delivery)
Sunday – Burgers and fries
Monday – Chicken pot pie

Goals for March

Gym – 4 times (current: 2)
Pilates – 12 times (I ended up not doing Pilates this month. I’m doing yoga instead.)
Yoga – 1 (current: 9) 🙂
62 pts in the #MarchUP Challenge (Current: 69) 🙂

Meal ideas for next week:

“Skinny” eggplant parmesan (I still haven’t made this)
French bread pizza
Quesadillas

2018 Fitness Goals:

– Lose weight. Goal – Lose 25 lbs. (current: -6 lbs)
– Run 4 races of any length
– Hit my weekly step goal (average 8,000 steps/day) for 48 weeks. (Current total: 8)
