There was twice this week when I went for walks and forgot to take my fitbit off the charger. We got a couple decent days when I could take the dog for a walk - I'm not used to that. So my steps for the week are not terribly accurate.

I like Robin Long's Pilates videos. She posted a new one, Pilates at Your Desk, that I've been trying to do once a day when I'm at work. I spend most (all) of my work day sitting at a desk and it's a nice mini-break.

I didn't get to go back to yoga yet, because of a combination of Amber's birthday and snow. Next week things should slow down. I did get to the gym once this week, so that's good. The weather has not been very cooperative and I've been busy.
