Currently reading: The Chatham School Affair by Thomas H. Cook and listening to The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux
Books and stories finished: Flirting with Forever by Gwyn Cready, From the Mixed-up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler by E. L. Konigsburg, and “The Stir Outside the Café Royal” by Clarence Rook
Other tidbits: Amber and I have been reading the Konigsburg book for a while, we just happened to finish tonight. David and the guys are watching the hockey game right now. After that they’re planning on Axis and Allies, one game I’ll gladly sit out of.
It sounds like you’re doing great!
From the Mixed Up Files… is great. I read that with a student last year. Keep up the great reading!

From the Mixed-up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler was a favorite of mine growing up. Have a great night of reading!
I read Mixed-up Files to my kids probably five year ago and I loved it! Here’s a little cheer for you:
You can do it-
You’re so hip.
Give that page
Another flip!
Halfway through
You’re going strong.
With awesome books
You can’t go wrong!
Looks like you are making great headway
Keep up the reading, don’t let that head sway
Eyes on the page and coffee in hand
You’ll be entering a new land.
GO READER!
“A story to me means a plot where there is some surprise. Because that is how life is- full of surprises”, by Isaac Bashevis Singer. I hope your day is full of book surprises. Happy Reading!
