I started reading Shutter by Ramona Emerson today, my first book of 2026 and the first for this year’s Cloak and Dagger Reading Challenge. I will put together a full review when I finish the novel but it has many elements that I love already — New Mexico setting, forensic investigations, crime scene procedurals, GHOSTS, and more.
