Here’s my plan, more or less.
Since last check-in, I finished Week 3 and am starting Week 4.
Tuesday, I put in a yoga DVD and did that for about 30-40 minutes. It’s actually an hour long, but I admit I skipped a harder chunk in the middle – I’m a bit out of practice. I also took the dog for a mile walk, more for his benefit than mine.
Wednesday evening I went out to the gym and did an hour on the recumbent bike. I forgot my headphones, but can totally read on my kindle while on the bike, yay! Thursday I had a headache and just didn’t feel like running, so I did the elliptical – 2 miles/25 minutes. Then almost fell over when I got off – I think my sinuses had my head a bit foggy.
On Saturday we actually had some summer weather, which meant it was too hot to run on the road in the afternoon so I did my 3.5 miles on the treadmill at the gym.
Sunday evening we went fishing which is really no exercise at all, but seems like it should be.
Monday was rainy – blah. So I did 3 miles on the treadmill and then worked on arm machines for 20+ minutes.
I talked my husband into signing up to do a 5K on September 6, which lines up with the suggested one on Week 7. I haven’t signed up quite yet, but will this week.
I haven’t been doing very well about making sure I move at work. I have one of those stress balls, but I need to make more of an effort to get up and walk some during the day, or buy one of those mini pedal machines for under the desk.
Now I need to work on pulling together healthy weekly meal plans.

You go, girl! Yahoo!
Looks like you’re doing great!! I’m in the process of making a healthy meal plan too! I want quick, easy and simple.
Quick, easy and that my kid will eat.
I had to quit fishing because I realized I was counting it as exercise when it wasn’t. Also, I have to limit my outdoor time due to allergies and I prefer to spend it on exercise or gardening.
That 5K sounds like perfect timing!
Knock on wood, but this year my allergies haven’t been bothering me much at all. I think I finally found a nose spray that works for me.
