So, here are my steps for the week. I need to concentrate on moving more on my “off” days.
And here’s my current workout plan. I just finished week 4, more or less.
I was so cold this week. I can’t wait for spring!
Tuesday – 20 minutes of arm machines, then ran 3 miles on the treadmill
Wednesday – Did this workout from Self using a 10-lb plate and did reps instead of time to make it 30 mins.
Thursday – 60 mins on the elliptical, 4.9 miles
Friday – Ran 2 miles on the treadmill on the “hill” setting
Sunday – Ran 4 mile on the treadmill

Yay! Look at all those green days! I may need to get on the treadmill this week between snow and cold. I don’t get enough steps on the days that I dance / stretch / strength train as my exercise instead of my usual outside walk.
You are on a roll! I am so bored with my treadmill. I just want to walk outside!

Again, this weather is killing me – mainly because it is turning my 4 year old into a raving maniac who needs constant attention and there has been no school!
