I usually listen to a book while I’m walking, jogging, whatever. This week I finished to The Santa Klaus Murder by Mavis Doriel Hay, which was not as good as I had hoped it would be.
Looking at my goals, I need to get more walks in. I’ll need to head inside for a few. It’s supposed to get colder soon. I’ve been doing good at hitting the gym once a week; I go while Amber’s at one of her art classes.
How was your week? Readers’ Workouts is hosted by Joy at Joy’s Book Blog .
I like the Christmas lights at the top of your blog – very festive! You are active and on the move this December, nice goals. We walk our dog each morning as a warmup then head back out after we get her back inside,
I have been bad for 2 days! Been busy wrapping presents and more
I still need to buy presents. 🙁
It’s hard to keep up a good routine this time of year.
I see you did the elliptical.Good for you! I bought one and I think I should have gotten a used one instead of a new one. I’ve had it for many years and it might have 2 miles on it. Most of them are from my grandson. I love my treadmill and recumbent bike for for some reason I’m not a fan of the elliptical.
You’re making progress. I think it’s so helpful to tie exercise to something like Amber’s art class. Habits like to stick to each other!
