I made my step goal for the week. You can definitely see which days I have to walk a bit before bed to get those last few steps in though.
This week:
Tuesday – Pilates
Wednesday – Pilates
Thursday – Walk with dog, Elliptical
Saturday – Walk with dog
Sunday – Walk with dog
Monday -Walk with dog, Pilates
Meal plan:
I went off track a couple of times last week, mostly Valentine’s Day and the weekend.
This week:
Breakfasts – eggs with banana, apple breakfast cake
Lunches – sausage, apple, sweet potato hash; taco salad; leftovers
Dinners – chicken fingers and salad, pizza with cauliflower crust, baked pineapple pork chops (because it sounded good on Vicki’s post last week). I’m still trying to decide what I want for supper tonight though. Any ideas?
Year Fitness Goals:
– Lose weight. Goal – Lose 26 lbs. ht)
– Run 2 5ks, 1 10K and 1 half. Complete – None, but I have one planned for March 18
– Hit my weekly step goal (56,000 steps) for 48 weeks. Weeks completed: 6

Great job on your steps. Now I’m wondering what you’re having for supper tonight….We’re going with leftovers because it was that sort of day.
We ended up with take-out Chinese – Amber requested it.
