I was so close to my weekly goal. đ
FitBit’s running a 30-day spring challenge that I’m going to try to participate in. I don’t usually do burpees and I hate push-ups but I’ll try.

You can do it!
I think I can do that challenge except I don’t know what a burpee is.
I just watched a burpee video and don’t think I could work up to 20 of them! lol
I did my first five last night and felt kinda stupid actually and glad no one else was in the room.
I also watched a burpee training video and OMG, I couldn’t do it! But I am 60 and have been walking, not doing that sort of active exercise. Good for you!! I know you can do it.
I like your meal planing too.
On the burpees, I’m using the challenges version, with just a stand up at the end and not the jump, at least to start with.
