I just missed my steps for the week, but just barely. I need to get back to the gym!!

Thursday – Walk with the dog, Pilates
Friday – Walk with the dog
Sunday – Walk with the dog, yardwork
Monday – Walk with the dog
We didn’t do anything fitnessy as a family this week, although we did walk around a couple of festivals. I’ll try to plan something for this weekend, even if it’s just a walk somewhere different or bowling.
Meal ideas:
Tuna Salad (lunch)
Crock pot pork loin
Chicken Primavera bowl
Asian ground beef lettuce wraps
Sausage stuffed tomatoes
Turkey Chili
Ratatouille Chicken casserole
Year Fitness Goals:
– Lose weight. Goal – Lose 26 lbs.
– Run 2 5ks, 1 10K and 1 half. Completed – 1 10K; 1 5K
– Hit my weekly step goal (56,000 steps) for 48 weeks. Weeks completed: 27

Me too. They’re a bit goofy but I love them. And I love the “celebration” when I hit my daily steps.

It helps that our laundry and family room are in the basement. I go up and down the stairs several times a day.
