I didn’t make it to the gym at all this week. I need to get back in a routine.

– Lose weight. Goal – Lose 26 lbs. (Currently at -11)
– Run 2 5ks, 1 10K and 1 half. Completed – 1 10K; 1 5K
– Hit my weekly step goal (56,000 steps) for 48 weeks. Weeks completed: 28

I bet marching again was fun! Way to go with the weight loss. I’m impressed with your running – a friend of mine wants me to sign up for a 5K but I’m not sure I want to embarrass myself like that.
You should totally do the 5K. I really enjoy races and a lot of them have walkers too.
That lettuce wrap sounds so good! I haven’t eaten one of those in years!
I just have to convince my daughter to eat it. I might put some on rice for her – she’s not a lettuce eater.
