I actually did make it to the gym once this week. I felt kind of miserable Friday into Saturday. I think I picked up a cold. I feeling mostly better now, just a touch of the cough left.
This week’s activities:
Tuesday – Walk with the dog
Thursday – Walk with the dog, Elliptical, Weights
Sunday – Walk with the dog
Monday – Pilates
This coming Saturday we are going up to Pittsburgh to play catch. It’ll be a short game but the Pirates and Allegheny Health Network are organizing “Catch for Cancer” to draw attention to the importance of prostate cancer screenings. They’re also trying to set a Guinness World Record for the largest game of catch. I’m hoping it’ll be fun.
Meal ideas for next week:
Asian ground beef lettuce wraps
Pork tacos
Fish Cakes
Burgers
Curried Chicken and butternut squash

I’m sure that catch game will be fun. I hope you break the record!
I still need to find one more baseball glove.
Never had pork tacos…or have i..well depends so yes I have
I’ve only had ones I’ve made.
I hope you have a great time at the catch game! I love that it’s for such a great cause!
Yeah. I just wish the Pirates were actually playing baseball better.
Having fun playing catch. I remember playing that for a long time with a young softball player and realizing that it was a pretty good upper body workout!
I don’t think we’ll be playing long enough for it to count as a workout, but it should be fun.
