You can certainly tell which days I worked 9-5 this week – Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. We were going to take a walk on Sunday, but it ended up raining.

Thursday – Walk with the dog, walk on my own
Sunday – Walk that I don’t remember, but is in my activities list
Monday – Walk on a nature trail

– Lose weight. Goal – Lose 26 lbs. (Currently at -15.6)
– Run 2 5ks, 1 10K and 1 half. Completed – 1 10K; 1 5K
– Hit my weekly step goal (56,000 steps) for 48 weeks. Weeks completed: 29

It’s more or less the makings of a pork fajita on lettuce instead of in a tortilla.
That pork fajita salad does sound good! Can you get in more steps at work? I used to work in a library. Walking the stacks with a book looked like work, even when it was really about getting steps and thinking through something.
I work in a small office, probably 40 steps at most from the front door to the back door, and most of what I do is on the computer. It’s tough to add steps without just marching in place or pacing the hall, which I do try to do when I have the place to myself.
