I am on a roll with my steps lately. Let’s see if I can keep it up over Christmas. Since I averaged over 8,000 steps, I’m counting it. But I had a dream that Amber told me to raise my steps to 9,000 cause she was worried about my health. I wonder if I should take it as a sign?

Tuesday – Pilates, Jumping jacks
Wednesday – Jumping jacks
Friday – Elliptical
Sunday – Jumping jacks
Goals for December:
Gym – 4 times (Done: 3)
Pilates – 12 times (Done: 3) I can still reach this goal, but need to make time almost every day
#Starcember – 10/18 so far
This week’s dinners:
Tuesday – Chicken pot pie
Wednesday – Chili with macaroni
Thursday – Cracker Barrel chicken and dumplings
Friday – Chili with macaroni
Saturday – Pizza
Sunday – Chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese
Monday – Chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese
Meal ideas for next week:
Spaghetti with bolognese
Pork chops and apples, sweet potatoes
Roast chicken and carrots
Year Fitness Goals:
So, I’ve failed at these, but we’ll see by how much at the end of the year. I think I’m going to keep the same basic goals for next year.
– Lose weight. Goal – Lose 26 lbs. (Currently at -15.6)
– Run 2 5ks, 1 10K and 1 half. Completed – 1 10K; 1 5K (The half I was planning on doing got cancelled.)
– Hit my weekly step goal (average 8,000 steps/day) for 48 weeks. Weeks completed: 34

I have really strange dreams so I don’t take most of them very serious. But, if it’s a dream about something going to happen to a family member/friend, I pay closer attention to it.
I don’t really pay much attention to my dreams either, it was just odd.
That’s funny that your dreams are telling you to walk more.
Of course, I also recently had a dream about having a mouse in my hair – I’m getting it cut on Thursday.
