How long til Spring?
This week’s activities:
I like Robin Long’s Pilates videos. She posted a new one, Pilates at Your Desk, that I’ve been trying to do once a day when I’m at work. I spend most (all) of my work day sitting at a desk and it’s a nice mini-break.
Tuesday – Pilates
Wednesday – Pilates
Thursday – Elliptical
Friday – Walk with the dog
Dinners:
Tue: Bruschetta pasta
Wed: Meatball sandwiches and chips (at church)
Thur: Pizza
Fri: Sausage, peppers and onions on rolls
Sat: Pizza (another birthday celebration for Amber)
Sun: Chicken noodle soup
Mon: Baked potatoes with broccoli, ham and cheese

2018 Fitness Goals:
– Lose weight. Goal – Lose 25 lbs. (current: -6 lbs)

– Hit my weekly step goal (average 8,000 steps/day) for 48 weeks. (Current total: 1) I need to hit every week for the rest of the year. Seems kinda doubtful.
How was your week? Readers’ Workouts is hosted by Joy at Joy’s Book Blog.
Good work 🙂
Thanks. Let’s hope i do a bit better with February’s goals.
Pilates kicks my butt but I love it.
I enjoy it too.
I haven’t done Pilates in a couple years. I should get back to it. Great job on the weight loss and the goals you’ve achieved. Keep up the great work.
Let’s hope I can keep the weight loss up. The weekends are always tough for me.
Desk pilates sounds like a good plan. Great job on getting to the gym!
At least I accomplished one of my goals. 🙂
