I made my steps again this week. I’m afraid those Tuesday and Sunday numbers might actually count some piano playing, but I think I’m okay with that. It’s not actually cheating if I don’t do it on purpose, right?
This week’s activities:
Tuesday – Yoga
Sunday – Elliptical
Monday – Yoga
Dinners:
We had dinner at home every evening this week. Granted, we had lunch out a few times, but that’s still pretty good. I need to cut down on my snacks though.
Tuesday – Pork with wilted cabbage and apples
Wednesday – Fish sandwich and macaroni and cheese
Thursday – Slow cooker jambalaya
Friday – Pizza
Saturday – Canned ravioli (Don’t judge. It was a long day.)
Sunday – Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Monday – Spanish rice with ground beef

How was your week? Readers’ Workouts is hosted by Joy at Joy’s Book Blog.
Good job! I love canned ravioli!
We don’t eat it often, but sometimes it just hits the spot.
Too funny about the canned ravioli…one of my fave lunches is Trader Joe’s Spaghettios! Yum!
I’ve never shopped at a Trader Joe’s. Our closest is about an hour away.
Canned ravioli…ravioli from a can? How does that even work?
I take it you don’t Chef Boyardee over there. It’s just what it sounds like: ravioli and sauce in a can and you can either heat it up on the stove or microwave it, which is what I did.
Huh, that just sounds so weird. But I did see someone say yum so I guess it’s good 🙂
I’m guessing playing the piano is actually some exercise so it’s not cheating at all.
It actually does affect my heart rate a little.
Looks like yoga is working for you right now — cool!
It’s making me feel so not flexible though.
