I have been really inconsistent this summer with both blogging and exercising. Hopefully, I’ll get back on track. I actually made my step goal this week and wen to the gym once. It’s a start.

Good job, and of course walking to get ice cream counts. I haven’t been great at blogging and exercising either. Still haven’t done any tai-chi/chi-gong.
I need to get back to yoga, too.
It’s been so hot and humid – I think we’re all ready for cooler weather so we can get into more consistent routines.
I think we’re getting a bit of a cool down later this week.
Good start! Cooler weather and better routines will help me, too.
Once I get in the habit, I’m more likely to keep with a routine. Once I quit working out, it’s hard to get back into it.
