I have been really inconsistent this summer with both blogging and exercising. I didn’t make it to the gym this week. I think I need to start planning my time better. I seem to not get anything done even though in theory I have more time, since I get off work an hour earlier than I used to.

I’m still listening to 84K by Claire North. It’s a little too long. I need to finish it so I can move on to something else.

Tuesday – I don’t remember
Wednesday – hot dog and macaroni salad at church
Thursday – Five spice pork and noodles, which was kinda yucky
Friday – Primanti’s at the baseball game
Saturday – Wendy’s burger and fries because I burned my Spanish rice
Sunday – Spaghetti and sauce
Monday – Chicken enchiladas

Fall is in the air – time to get moving again!
That’s the plan. On the other hand, fall days are so nice to stay inside, cuddle under a blanket and read.
I’ve been bad at blogging and commenting on other blogs. Can’t seem to get a print book read but I’m doing great with audiobooks. Fitness, blogging, & reading slumps are rough!
I love audiobooks. They let me get other things done while “reading.”
It takes a lot of structure for me to make my exercise happen regularly. Or anything else for that matter.
I don’t usually schedule my non-work time much, aside from meetings. I think I need to change that.
