I did do my push ups most nights. April is an abs challenge, which I did on the 1st, but not yesterday.

Tuesday – Barbecue chicken sandwiches
Wednesday – Spaghetti
Thursday – Shrimp Quesadilla
Friday – Sausage and cheese sandwich (Primanti’s)
Saturday – Pizza (delivery)
Sunday – Spaghetti and tomato sauce
Monday – Black bean smothered sweet potatoes

Pilates – 12 times (I ended up not doing Pilates this month. I’m doing yoga instead.)

I’m trying to figure out what to eat that will be healthier. It’s hard.
I hate when the weather keeps me from walking. I need to do an ab challenge!
I’m tired of rain. We finally got sunshine today, but it was surprisingly cold!
Our best meal for rainy days is chicken and dumplings. Nothing healthy about the dumplings, but the rest is essentially chicken & vegetable soup which is quite light.
That sounds yummy. I’ve never actually made chicken and dumplings at home.
