OOH! Interesting question, I’ve read some great children’s picture books that stand out as great reads and The Last Keeper by J.V. Hilliard {a review of which I have yet to post} was surprisingly good. Hope you find something truly amazing, happy reading.
I love when books are better than I expect them to be.
It’s very violent but I am loving Orphan X by Gregg Hurwitz. It’s about a young man brought up to be an assassin and how he turns himself into a vigilante for justice. I am now on the second book, listening as I commute to work.
I just finished the newest in the series this week. (Review to come next.) I enjoyed it, but the violence could be toned down.
