I know I've mentioned before how much I love the Christmas season. Today, I though I'd show off our Advent wreath. We made it a couple of years ago, when Amber was 9, and it's covered with fabric poinsettia flowers, sparkly pinecomes, and beads. We try to light it most evenings when we sit down for dinner. Our church's kids bell choir was in the parade this morning. It was chilly and a little rainy, but they did a great job. I was proud of them. (Yes, that's me standing in front, and I didn't even drop the cards I'm holding once.) Saturday Snapshot is hosted by Alyce at At Home with Books....

We put up the outside lights the other day - in the dark and cold. I had to see if I could get a decent picture of Scrappy wrapped up in them. He's so patient, but you can see him thinking, "I can't believe they're making me do this." Saturday Snapshot is hosted by Alyce at At Home with Books....
