Morning, all. I'm looking forward to a day of great reading, but first my answers to the introduction questions. First up on my pile is finishing Flirting with Forever by Gwyn Cready. After that, I'm just kind of winging it, seeing what grabs my attention when I walk to the bookshelf. Three facts about me: I've never cut the grass. I love spaghetti and sauce, which is what I'm planning on for dinner tonight - quick and easy. I have a ten year-old daughter who unfortunately is not planning on joining me in reading today. I don't really have a set TBR pile. The Truth about Forever, The Chatham School Affair, and The Three Musketeers are all possibilities. I don't have any goals. This is going to be a no pressure day for me. Read, visit others, have fun. Mystery Read-a-Thon Introduction

We're being a few questions this morning. Five fun facts: I love mint chocolate chip ice cream. I'm still in my pajamas and slippers. I love peppermint smelling soap in the shower, especially in winter. I'm allergic to grass, which is my excuse to never help mow. I love the flan the local Mexican restaurant serves. On my TBR pile: 13 1/2 by Nevada Barr, Still Life by Louise Penny. I've got a shelf full of others if I need to pull something else down. As far as hopes and plans for the read-a-thon. I'm just hoping to be able to find a lot of reading time. This is my first mystery read-a-thon, and my plan is to just read when I can. I like that the hours are spread out over a couple of days. It's hard to put aside too large blocks of time around here. It seems like there's always something going on. This evening, for example, we're having people over for dinner and cake...
