So, here are my steps for the week. I actually hit my goal everyday.
And I earned my Italy badge. I know the badges are a bit silly, but they’re fun too.
I’m giving up on any kind of plan for now. I’m just too busy to stick with it. Mid-July, it should settle down a bit. My goal is to get in at least 8,000 steps a day, 50 crunches and 10 (girly) push-ups. The rest’ll just be icing.
My week (at least the best I remember. I forgot to keep track this week.):
Tuesday – 1 mile walk with the dog, 50 crunches, 10 push-ups
Wednesday – 50 crunches, 10 push-ups
Thursday – 30 minute run at the park, 50 crunches, 10 push-ups
Saturday – 1 mile walk with the dog
Sunday – 50 crunches, 10 push-ups
Monday – 50 crunches, 10 push-ups
I’m down 9.2 lbs from 5/19. The end of our Whole30 and the holiday weekend did not help my weight loss goals. I think I’m heading back to the Whole30 rules at least for the most part, with the occasional treat.
I usually listen to a book while I’m running or walking. The week I’m still listening Natchez Burning by Greg Iles.
