Readers workouts

Here are my steps for the week. Check it out! I actually hit my weekly goal, which is way better that I’ve been doing lately.

My current plan is to do a core workout on Monday, cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), total body workout on Friday and cardio on Saturday (60+ mins). I didn’t follow that schedule exactly, but I did do pretty well at the end of the week.

Friday – 60 minute run at the park – 5.12 miles

Sunday – walked in our town’s Christmas parade, lifted weights at home (20 minutes)

Monday – 60 minutes on the elliptical

I’m down 1.5 lbs since 11/17. My goal is 11.

We’re going to Disney World next week. I imagine my steps will be great, but I’m not counting on doing any other “workouts.”
