I didn’t get in as much reading as I had hoped this weekend, but that’s okay. I did finish The Black Country by Alex Grecian, which I counted as my creepy book. Yeah, I know it’s stretching the rules a little, but I don’t think Michelle minds too much.
I started listening to Ten Lord A-Leaping by C. C. Benison and readingย India Black and the Gentleman Thief by Carol K. Carr. I’m enjoying both but am not close to finishing either. I just didn’t set enough time aside to just read.
Thanks for hosting, Michelle. Maybe I’ll do better in the summer.
Congrats on finishing a book. My book was only marginally creepy too.
I wish I could carve out time for this when she hosts. Like you, maybe in the summer ๐
Everyone knows I’m really no stickler for rules in my read-a-thons. ๐ I don’t like things to be ‘too’ structured. So, how did you like The Black Country? It sounds good. Great title. Thanks for joining me! I’ll look forward to having you with us this summer. ๐
I’m glad your rules are pretty relaxed. ๐ I liked The Black Country until I think too much about it. Does that make sense? I’ll probably post a review Friday-ish.
