So, here are my steps for the week. I need to do better at this. I was so close on Friday and Saturday, I just have just paced the room a bit. Once it warms up and I can take the dog for a walk at lunch it should improve.
And here’s my current workout plan. I just finished week 5, more or less.
I was so cold this week. I can’t wait for spring!
Tuesday – Ran 3 miles on the treadmill, then came home and did some weight-lifting with my husband
Wednesday – Did this workout from Self using a 10-lb plate and did reps instead of time to make it 30 mins.
Thursday – 60 minutes on the elliptical
Friday – 20 minutes on the step mill and a few ab exercises
Sunday – 4½ miles on the treadmill
How has your week been?
Readers’ Workouts is hosted by Joy at Joy’s Book Blog. Thanks!
Your week was much better than mine!
You did great!!!
Good week 🙂
I’m going to try something new — see how fast I can get my first 1000 steps in the morning. I think it will help me pay more attention to my steps all day. Which might bump me over on the days when I’m close to my goal, but don’t realize it until too late in the day.
Sounds like a good idea. I just can’t get motivated in the morning. I am definitely an afternoon/evening person. I’m thinking about going to the gym before work tomorrow and I’m already coming up with excuses to avoid it.
Great week! You can see from my numbers that I have been a slug. Gage has been home sick for 7 DAYS! and I just lost my motivation to walk. I’m sending him back to school tomorrow no matter what!
