Here are my steps for the week. I didn’t make my weekly goal. I really need to pay more attention and try harder on days I don’t have time to go to the gym.
My current plan is to do a core workout on Monday, cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), total body workout on Friday and cardio on Saturday (60+ mins).
Does shopping count as exercise? That’s where my steps came from on Saturday and Sunday.
Tuesday – 40 minutes of yoga
Sunday – lifted weights with my husband
I’m down 1.6 lbs from 11/17. My goal is to lose 11 lbs.
I usually listen to a book while I’m walking, jogging, whatever. This week I’m listening to City of Stairs by Robert Jackson Bennett.
With Christmas this coming week, I’m probably going to eat a lot and not move much. Ah well, new year new start, right?

I’m going to try to keep my steps up this week, even if some of them are marching about the house. I often get my last 1000 steps in while fixing supper and taking extra steps for every thing just to try to get the number up!
