Here are my steps for the week. Not only did i make my weekly goal, I averaged over 10,000 steps a day, which is pretty good.
My current plan is to do cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), a total body workout on Friday, cardio on Saturday (60+ mins), and a core workout on Monday. I’m going doing a 10 minute-ish Pilates workout each day.
Tuesday – 60 mins elliptical. Walk with the dog. Pilates (foam roller)
Wednesday – Pilates (booty). 15 mins arm/shoulder work
Thursday – 43 mins elliptical. Pilates (abs)
Friday – Pilates (30 mins abs and arms)
Saturday – Bowling
Sunday – 1 hr 45 mins treadmill. Pilates (stretching)
Monday – Pilates (full body) 15 mins core.
This coming Saturday is the Pittsburgh Pirates 10K. It should be fun.
I usually listen to a book while I’m walking, jogging, whatever. This week I finished The Janus Affair by Pip Ballantine and Tee Morris and started “B” is for Bad Girls by Rebecca Cantrell and Sean Black.
2016 miles: 132.67
How was your week? Readers’ Workouts is hosted by Joy at Joy’s Book Blog.
You had a good week! I got over 20,000 steps on a couple days while in Vegas. Made up for all the unhealthy stuff I put into me those two days. 🙂
Your workouts sound fun. I send in my weekly plan to my trainer every week. It is a good way to keep me motivated to do them!
Keep it up 🙂
Averaging over 10k steps a day is terrific! Good luck on your 10K!
