Here are my steps for the week. I upped my goal to 9,000 steps for June, and made all but one day this week. I’m not sure why the little green line has moved but the weekly goal number hasn’t adjusted. Oh well. If you’re on fitbit, you can find me here.
My current plan is to do cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), a total body workout on Friday, cardio on Saturday (60+ mins), and a core workout on Monday. I’m also doing a 10 minute-ish Pilates workout each day.
Tuesday – 8 mins Pilates Abs.
Wednesday – Walk during lunch. Walk with the dog. 10 mins Pilates abs. 10 mins arms.
Thursday – 35 mins elliptical. Walk with the dog.
Saturday – Walk with the dog. 30 mins weight machines. 30 mins elliptical.
Sunday – Walk with the dog.
Monday – Walk with the dog. 20 minutes core. 9 mins Pilates upper body.
I usually listen to a book while I’m walking, jogging, whatever. This week I started the Sudden Appearance of Hope by Claire North.
2016 miles: 218.5

You are doing great
I didn’t know you could adjust the goal on Fitbit. I’ll have to look into that. Keep up the good work!
You’re doing really good! I didn’t like my FItbit, but plan on getting a Apple watch soon. I can’t walk my dog much because the type of dog she is gets too hot and out of breath.
I’m wearing my FitBit, but ignoring what it’s telling me right now! I should probably set a step goal again so I have a reason to pay attention.
