Happy Valentine’s Day!
Last week’s report was a little depressing, but it kind of gave me a shove for this week.
This week:
Tuesday – Walk with dog, Elliptical
Wednesday – Walk with dog, Pilates
Thursday – Pilates
Saturday – Walk with dog, Bowling
Sunday – Walk with dog
Monday -Pilates
Meal plan:
Last week, I followed my breakfast plans and lunch plans well. I went off track a couple of times. We had pasta at church on Wednesday and ate out a couple of times when I made less than the best choices. Still better than the week before and I feel better. Maybe that’s coincidence, but probably not.
This week:
Breakfasts – eggs with banana, blueberry omelet, sweet potato waffles
Lunches – sausage, apple, sweet potato hash; taco salad, leftovers
Dinners – chicken fingers and salad, pot roast with roasted veggies, baked chicken with peppers and mushrooms, pizza with cauliflower crust, baked potato with broccoli and ham
Year Fitness Goals:
– Lose weight. Goal – Lose 26 lbs. (141.4 starting weight)
– Run 2 5ks, 1 10K and 1 half. Complete – None, but I have one planned for March 18
– Hit my weekly step goal (56,000 steps) for 48 weeks. Weeks completed: 5

I’ve been a bit off on my meal plan too. My son brought home some goodies from the store and I have no will power when it comes to chocolate. I need to have a talk with him 🙂

Not a bad week, you should still be proud in spite of the pasta and eating out. Hey, it happens! We had way too many carbs in a week and wow, did my body ever feel it.
