I had a pretty good week as far as steps go. I’m not sure how, since I didn’t really do much activity-wise.
This week:
Tuesday – Elliptical, Pilates
Thursday – Elliptical, Pilates
Friday – Walk with the dog
Sunday – Walk with the dog
Meal plan:
Chicken with potatoes and carrots
Burgers with macaroni salad
Shrimp Pomodoro
We’ll eat out for David’s birthday and at my mom’s for Easter.
Year Fitness Goals:
– Lose weight. Goal – Lose 26 lbs. I haven’t weighed myself. We’re working on the bathroom, so our scale is hanging out somewhere in the living room underneath the boxes, etc. (starting 141.6)
– Run 2 5ks, 1 10K and 1 half. Completed – none.
– Hit my weekly step goal (56,000 steps) for 48 weeks. Weeks completed: 12

I don’t get in the scale much, I generally try and see if my clothes are fitting. I mean I DO use the scale now and then. Hope you have some good celebratory dinners and Easter!
