I made my goal this week, probably because I took the dog for a walk every day. I didn’t get to the gym or park though.

– Lose weight. Goal – Lose 26 lbs. Current: -7
– Run 2 5ks, 1 10K and 1 half. Completed – 1 10K
– Hit my weekly step goal (56,000 steps) for 48 weeks. Weeks completed: 19

You’re doing so good! I thought about having Grilled cheese last week but didn’t ever make it. Grilled Chicken with Summer Corn and Tomato Salad sounds yummy!
Ooooo….a Greek festival, I love to attend those. We have a Greek church near my workplace and I like to walk there for lunch. They have a festival once a year and lunches every first Friday.
