So this week was pretty bad exercise-wise. We went away for a few days which totally threw me off and then I was tired and busy when we got back and had trouble getting back on track. Then my fit bit broke Saturday afternoon before all our walking, which makes me even less likely to do what I should. I know that’s silly but it’s true.  And that’s why I don’t have any steps for Sunday and Monday. They’re sending me a replacement, which I hope gets here soon!


This week:

Tuesday – 50 high knees, 40 lunges, 40 sec plank
Monday – Walk with the dog, Pilates

– Lose weight. Goal – Lose 26 lbs. (current: -8.4)
– Run 2 5ks, 1 10K and 1 half. Completed – 1 10K; 1 5K
– Hit my weekly step goal (56,000 steps) for 48 weeks. Weeks completed: 27
