Readers’ Workouts – 4/26

My current plan is to do cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), a total body workout on Friday, cardio on Saturday (60+ mins), and a core workout on Monday. I'm also doing a 10 minute-ish Pilates workout each day. This week was bit busy, so I didn't get everything done that I wanted to. Tuesday - Walk with the dog. Pilates/barre combo (40 mins) Wednesday - Walk with the dog. Pilates (5 min plank challenge). 15 mins arms/shoulders Thursday - Walk with the dog. Pilates (30 mins abs and arms) Friday - Bowling. Sunday - 8 miles Monday- Walk. Pilates (10 mins abs) I have a ten mile run on Saturday that's going to be a killer. I usually listen to a book while I'm walking, jogging, whatever. My current plan is to do cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), a total body workout on Friday, cardio on Saturday (60+ mins), and a core workout on Monday. I'm also going doing a 10 minute-ish Pilates workout each day. Tuesday - 10 mins stair machine. 38 mins elliptical  Pilates. Wednesday - Walk with the dog. Pilates. 10 mins arm/shoulder work Thursday - 41 min run on Main St. Saturday - Pirates Home Run 10K- 1 hr 6 mins, which is a time I'm happy with. Walk with the dog. Not only did i make my weekly goal, I averaged over 10,000 steps a day, which is pretty good. My current plan is to do cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), a total body workout on Friday, cardio on Saturday (60+ mins), and a core workout on Monday. I'm going doing a 10 minute-ish Pilates workout each day. Tuesday - 60 mins elliptical. Walk with the dog. Pilates (foam roller) Wednesday - Pilates (booty). 15 mins arm/shoulder work Thursday - 43 mins elliptical. Pilates (abs) Friday - Pilates (30 mins abs and arms) Saturday - Bowling Sunday - 1 hr 45 mins treadmill. Pilates (stretching) Monday - Pilates (full body) 15 mins core. If you're here for the A to Z challenge, scroll down for my D post. Here are my steps for the week. I actually made my week overall, thanks to my two gym workouts. My fitbit app added a new section, number of hours with 25o steps. So far for today I'm at 1 of 9. I still have enough hours left to do all 9. I wonder how much walking 250 steps is. It can't be more than a few minutes, right? My current plan is to do cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), a total body workout on Friday, cardio on Saturday (60+ mins), and a core workout on Monday . Here are my steps for the week. I actually made my week overall. I earned a new badge on fitbit. My current plan is to do cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), a total body workout on Friday, cardio on Saturday (60+ mins), and a core workout on Monday .
