I got my steps in this week. Nothing else though.   This week's activities: Tuesday: Yoga Thursday & Friday: Campus tours. Amber's going to Oberlin in the fall and we spent Thursday and Friday at an admitted student event, which involved lots of walking. Monday: Walk with the dog Dinners: We didn't even eat at home much this week. Tuesday - Chicken stir fry Wednesday - Chili mac (church) Thursday -  Sweet potato cavatelli with mushrooms (restaurant) Friday - Chicken strips and dumplings (restaurant) Saturday - Chicken patty sandwich and mashed potatoes (mom's) Sunday - Pizza (take out) Monday - Leftover spaghetti and sauce Goals for April Gym – 4 times (current: 1) Yoga – 12 times (current: 2) 92 pts in the #AprilAbs Challenge (Current: 48) Meal ideas for next week: Turkey Cheddar Tacos Pasta with eggplant and mushrooms Thai chicken salad Turkey burgers 2018 Fitness Goals: - Lose weight. Okay. I think I need a fresh start. I've been so busy lately that when I'm not, I seem to do nothing but sit on the couch. This week's activities: Thursday: Walk outside - it was such a nice day. It's actually sunny today and supposed to warm up a lot toward the end of the week. Then it crashes again, but I'm going to ignore that part of the forecast for now. I need to try to get more walking in. I've been getting a little lazy. This week's activities: Tuesday: Yoga Thursday: Elliptical Dinners: Tuesday - Haluski and kielbasa Wednesday - Pizza (left-over) Thursday - Pork loin, roasted carrots and potatoes Friday - Buffet Saturday - Egg sandwich Sunday - Nachos Monday -Chicken and dumplings Sunday's nachos - not healthy, but yummy. It was raining last Tuesday, it's raining today. Blah! This week's activities: None I did do my push ups most nights. April is an abs challenge, which I did on the 1st, but not yesterday. Dinners: Tuesday - Barbecue chicken sandwiches Wednesday - Spaghetti Thursday - Shrimp Quesadilla Friday - Sausage and cheese sandwich (Primanti's) Saturday - Pizza (delivery) Sunday - Spaghetti and tomato sauce Monday - Black bean smothered sweet potatoes Goals for March Gym – 4 times (current: 2) Pilates – 12 times (I ended up not doing Pilates this month. I'm doing yoga instead.)
