It’s actually sunny today and supposed to warm up a lot toward the end of the week. Then it crashes again, but I’m going to ignore that part of the forecast for now.
I need to try to get more walking in. I’ve been getting a little lazy.

Dinners:
Tuesday – Haluski and kielbasa
Wednesday – Pizza (left-over)
Thursday – Pork loin, roasted carrots and potatoes
Friday – Buffet
Saturday – Egg sandwich
Sunday – Nachos
Monday –Chicken and dumplings
Sunday’s nachos – not healthy, but yummy. And at least there were veggies on them.

They were pretty yummy.
I love cabbage and noodles and my mom made the best chicken & dumplings. Now I’m craving both!
My chicken and dumplings was a little disappointing. I’ll have to try a different recipe.
I meant cabbage & kielbasa, I’ve never tried it with noodles.or peas.
I actually left the peas out. My daughter would have loved the addition, but I avoid them when I can.
Hopefully the warmer weather will motivate you to get even more steps.
That’s what I’m hoping. And that the extra stuff I’ve been doing lately will slow down.
I hope we can both use warmer weather to motivate walking! At least, while it lasts.
