How do you track your sleep? I never feel like I get enough.
I leave my fitbit on at night and it tracks it somehow. My ideal is 8 hours, but I wake up too much in the middle of the night.
Den just bought me a new Fitbit…versa…with sleep tracking! I can’t wait to track sleep!
Sometimes it makes me think I should go to be earlier, but then I lose that wind down time.
I hate going to bed early…after years of teaching and exhaustion…I grab a hold of every night time minute I can and wake up later.
I sleep in so late on the days I have off.
That’s good…
I only get about 5 hours of sleep a night and that’s with a few wake up times. Sometimes I can go right back to sleep and sometimes it takes a really long time.
I usually go back to sleep pretty easily. Unless of course, there’s a storm or something and the dog is up too and anxious.
Good job on the workouts.
Have you read The Signature of All Things? It’s a novel by Elizabeth Gilbert that has a lot about early American botany. You might like it! I’m going to take a look at American Eden — I think I’d enjoy that!
No, I haven’t. I did read her Eat, Pray, Love. To be honest, I didn’t know she wrote novels.
