Readers’ Workouts – 3/15

Here are my steps for the week. It wasn't a very good week for exercising. It was just really busy - mostly fun, but still not much time to workout. My current plan is to do cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), a total body workout on Friday, cardio on Saturday (60+ mins), and a core workout on Monday . I've also signed up for the 30 Days Pilates Challenge at The Balanced Life, which is about 10 mins a day. Tuesday - Pilates (legs) Wednesday - Pilates (upper body). Thursday - Pilates (booty) Sunday - 3 Pilates Sets (Yoga, booty, and stretching) Monday - Walk with the dog (forgot my fitbit- it was charging.) Pilates (abs). Weights. I usually listen to a book while I'm walking, jogging, whatever. This week I'm listening to Arcadia by Iain Pears. 2016 miles: 93.48 How was your week? Readers’ Workouts – 3/8

Here are my steps for the week. I didn't quite make my week. I felt absolutely miserable Friday, which didn't help. My current plan is to do cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), a total body workout on Friday, cardio on Saturday (60+ mins), and a core workout on Monday . I've also signed up for the 30 Days Pilates Challenge at The Balanced Life, which is about 10 mins a day. Tuesday - Walk with the dog. Pilates (legs) Wednesday - Pilates (upper body). 15 mins weights (arms) Thursday - 30 mins stair machine, 35 mins elliptical. 10 mins leg machines. Pilates (booty) Saturday - 2 Pilates sets since I skipped Friday (HIIT and upper body) Sunday - Bowling. Pilates (stretch & relax) Monday - Walk with the dog. Pilates (abs). Here are my steps for the week. I made my week overall, even if the days are up and down. My current plan is to do cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), a total body workout on Friday, cardio on Saturday (60+ mins), and a core workout on Monday . Wednesday - Arm/shoulder workout Thursday - 35 mins on the elliptical Friday - 27 mins total body workout Saturday - Walk with the dog Sunday - 6 miles Monday - 15 mins abs I usually listen to a book while I'm walking, jogging, whatever. This week I started Arcadia by Iain Pears. I signed up for a 30 day Pilates challenge for March. Each day a 10-min Pilates routine arrives via e-mail. Readers’ Workouts – 2/23

Here are my steps for the week. You can really tell which days I work 9-5 and which are my short days.   My current plan is to do a core workout on Monday, cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), total body workout on Friday and cardio on Saturday (60+ mins). Tuesday - Walk with the dog. Shoveled the driveway. Wednesday - Arm/shoulder workout Thursday - 15 mins walking, 60 mins running on treadmill Friday - 28 mins total body workout, except I skipped the pulsing lunges - my knee is almost all better, but not quite. Walking/Running doesn't bother it, but stairs do. Saturday - 6.5 miles at the park - the weather was gorgeous!! Sunday - Walk with the dog (and Amber and David) Monday - 15 mins abs I usually listen to a book while I'm walking, jogging, whatever. Here are my steps for the week. Apparently I forgot to charge my fitbit and it died partway through Tuesday without me noticing - before I shoveled the driveway of course. I still made my week overall, though. :)   My current plan is to do a core workout on Monday, cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), total body workout on Friday and cardio on Saturday (60+ mins). Readers’ Workouts – 2/9

Here are my steps for the week. Look, I actually made my goal for the week overall.   My current plan is to do a core workout on Monday, cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), total body workout on Friday and cardio on Saturday (60+ mins). Tuesday - Walk with the dog. 65 mins running - it was actually warm enough to run outside! Wednesday - 30 mins ams and shoulders Thursday - 36 mins elliptical Friday - 15 min workout Sunday - 25 min leg workout followed by 1 hr 10 mins on the elliptical Monday - Short ab workout (followed by a lot of sneezing. I am tired of winter!!) I usually listen to a book while I'm walking, jogging, whatever.
