Even though my steps don't show it very well, I feel like I'm getting back on track.
I went to my first actual yoga class on Saturday. I don't usually do group activities, but the local yoga place was having a beginner's workshop and I decided to give it a shot. I'll admit, introvert me was a bit nervous going by myself, but I really liked it. I'll probably go back. In all honesty, I didn't even know the place existed. It's in a nearby town, about a 15 min drive or so. The lady leading it was welcoming and nice and I think I could be comfortable going there regularly. It's easier to go someplace a second time if I've already been there once.

I did not do very well over the holidays. This past week I didn't make my step goal even one day. And I don't even want to talk about all the junk I ate. New year, fresh start, right? It's been way too cold to go out and walk much though.

I am on a roll with my steps lately. Let's see if I can keep it up over Christmas. Since I averaged over 8,000 steps, I'm counting it. But I had a dream that Amber told me to raise my steps to 9,000 cause she was worried about my health. I wonder if I should take it as a sign?
