Readers’ Workouts – 12/22

Here are my steps for the week. I didn't make my weekly goal. I really need to pay more attention and try harder on days I don't have time to go to the gym.   My current plan is to do a core workout on Monday, cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), total body workout on Friday and cardio on Saturday (60+ mins). Does shopping count as exercise? That's where my steps came from on Saturday and Sunday. Tuesday - 40 minutes of yoga Sunday - lifted weights with my husband I'm down 1.6 lbs from 11/17. My goal is to lose 11 lbs. I usually listen to a book while I'm walking, jogging, whatever. This week I'm listening to City of Stairs by Robert Jackson Bennett. Readers’ Workouts – 12/15

Here are my steps for the week. We were at Disney so we did a lot of walking. We had a great time!   My current plan is to do a core workout on Monday, cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), total body workout on Friday and cardio on Saturday (60+ mins). On vacation, I just had fun and didn't worry about getting in any workouts. Sunday - Walk with the dog Monday - Core workout Even with all that walking, I gained a couple of pounds on vacation. E;m even from 11/17. My goal is to lose 11 lbs. I usually listen to a book while I'm walking, jogging, whatever. Readers’ Workouts – 12/1

Here are my steps for the week. Check it out! I actually hit my weekly goal, which is way better that I've been doing lately.   My current plan is to do a core workout on Monday, cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), total body workout on Friday and cardio on Saturday (60+ mins). I didn't follow that schedule exactly, but I did do pretty well at the end of the week. Friday - 60 minute run at the park - 5.12 miles Sunday - walked in our town's Christmas parade, lifted weights at home (20 minutes) Monday - 60 minutes on the elliptical I'm down 1.5 lbs since 11/17. My goal is 11. We're going to Disney World next week. I imagine my steps will be great, but I'm not counting on doing any other "workouts." How was your week? Here are my steps for the week. I'm not doing so well. I need some kind of goal to be aiming for.   I did not follow my current plan at all this week. Readers’ Workouts – 11/17

Well, I did a bit better than last week. 91% of my weekly goal, up from 83% last week.  Things keep interfering with my workout plans. Okay, I let things interfere with my plans. My current plan is to do a core workout on Monday, cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), total body workout on Friday and cardio on Saturday (60+ mins). My week: Tuesday - 60 minutes on the elliptical. Saturday - Walk with the dog. Monday - Arm and shoulder workout with my husband. I'm using today as a base weight, with a goal to lose 11 pounds. (I was tired of seeing that May date.) I usually listen to a book while I'm running or walking. Readers’ Workouts – 11/10

Well, I did a bit better than last week. I really need to pick it up though, or the holidays are just going to wreak havoc.   My current plan is to do a core workout on Monday, cardio on Tuesday (60 mins), upper body on Wednesday, cardio on Thursday (60 mins), total body workout on Friday and cardio on Saturday (60+ mins). My week: Tuesday - 1 mile walk with the dog Monday - Walk with the dog, Core workout (or at least most of it) I’m down 11 lbs from 5/19. (My goal is 20 lbs) I usually listen to a book while I'm running or walking. This week I finished Career of Evil by Robert Galbraith. How was your week? Better than mine, I hope.
